These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “T&Cs”) govern the use of the website www.modestfashionfrance.com (hereinafter the “Website”) and the sales made through the Modest Fashion France marketplace.

MFF CORPORATE operates a marketplace connecting buyers (hereinafter the “Clients”) with independent professional sellers (hereinafter the “Sellers”).
These T&Cs define the conditions under which Clients may:
Access and browse the Website;
Order products offered by third-party Sellers;
Benefit from the intermediation services provided by MFF CORPORATE.
Any order placed on the Website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.
MFF CORPORATE acts exclusively as a technical intermediary and hosting provider.
As such:
MFF CORPORATE is not the seller of the products offered on the Website;
Each product is sold directly by an independent professional Seller;
The sales contract is concluded directly between the Client and the Seller.
MFF CORPORATE does not intervene in the manufacturing, pricing, or shipping of products.
The Website is freely accessible to any visitor.
Creating a Client account is required to place an order. The Client agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
The Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities carried out through their account.
The products offered are described and presented by the Sellers under their sole responsibility.
MFF CORPORATE does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of descriptions, photographs, or visuals provided by the Sellers.
Photographs are non-contractual.
Prices displayed on the Website are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT included).
Delivery fees are included in the displayed price unless otherwise stated.
The Seller is solely responsible for setting the price of the products offered.
Any order placed on the Website constitutes acceptance of the prices and product descriptions.
Once the order has been confirmed and paid, the Client receives a confirmation email.
MFF CORPORATE reserves the right to cancel any order in case of fraud, non-payment, or prior unresolved dispute.
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Payments are secure and processed by third-party payment service providers (including Stripe and PayPal).
MFF CORPORATE does not have access at any time to the Clients’ banking details.
Products are shipped directly by the Sellers.
Delivery times are indicated on each product page and are provided for informational purposes only.
MFF CORPORATE shall not be held liable for delays, loss, or damage attributable to the Seller or the carrier.
In accordance with applicable law, the Client has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for legal exceptions.
Return and refund conditions are specified by the Seller.
In the event of an approved refund, it will be processed within a maximum period of 14 days.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
The Seller is solely responsible for the proper performance of the sale.
MFF CORPORATE shall not be held liable for:
Damage resulting from the use of products;
Product non-conformity;
Lack of sales or commercial results.
